History

El Mariachi Perla Of Mexico Started officially on March 14 of 1997, with only seven elements. Since then to this date, it has been considered by mass media, industralists, companions of union and public in general as the best mariachi of Chicago.

At four months of it's foundation, it became the official Mariachi for all the events of the Mexican Civic Society of Illinois and of the newspaper La Raza. In September of the same year El Mariachi recorded its first record, alternating with the Mariachi Vargas De Tecalitlan and participate in the festival of Latin America music in Joliet.

From its beginnings and to the moment, Perla de Mexico is the most seeked after Mariachi by recording local singers and for backup music, support of famous artists who visit important Chicago and other cities of Illinois.
